heh! yezzz! my number 2 and 3 resolutions are materialising (so far la). haa! i tell u! if u wanna work ur abs and thighs.... GO FOR PILATES! haha! my abs has never ached like it did last tuesday... no way jose! kay.. mebbe it ached like that while i tried to break the record for sit ups in NAPHA days in sec sch n college la. haha! but seriously... no ncc training (morning pt la) and no netball trainings since i joined when i was ten till now can ever make my abs ache like that man! but! hehe! i think i'm juz exaggerating la. the california fitness days wit jocelyn was as aching as last tuesday. haa! amazingly... its really good for injured backs as well. sab told me not to hurt them further on the contrary... it felt sssoooooo much better! it felt like i swallowed my prescribed muscle relaxants. haa! and another amazing thing... i was asleep by 10pm that night! wow! mebbe i should add another resolution...+ > the glamour babe posted at 5:41 PM < +
